36 weeks

Ok here are those comparison pictures. 36 weeks with Logan and 36 weeks now, plus a front shot. I went to the doctor today and from here on out my appointments are every week. He said I am 40% effaced, which isn't that much. I mentioned doing an induction and I thought I would have a date after today, but I guess he still wants to see how it goes and if I progress any more. Ideally I'd like it on the 10th. I'm pretty proud of my weight gain, averaging 1 pound a week. Now might be a good time to mention this little guys name since the cat is out of the bag pretty much anyway.

Gavin Hodson Bluth

Named after my grandpa Richard Hodson Shepherd who passed away last year. I'm sure he would be proud.

Yay, you are getting so close! Love the name. It almost seems like you are carrying this baby up a little higher. Good job with the weight gain!

Your pregnancy has just flown by to me, I can't believe you are almost done. Sorry you didn't get an induction date set at your last appointment but who knows, maybe you'll go on your own and won't have to be induced. If not you don't have too much longer! Good job on the weight gain as well, you look really good. You look like you will seriously bounce right back to your old skinny self. That's a cute name that you have picked. Can you believe you are about to be a mom to 2 little ones?!?!

I love the name! Great choice. And now, about the pictures - you sure do grow outward, don't you? My goodness. I get a little wider and a little outward, but generally stay pretty small compared to many preggos, I guess (so I've been told, anyway). You stay TINY - all belly in front (you're are the type of preggo that everyone hopes for, but few achieve) and I bet you'll leave the hospital in your normal clothes. Darn you. You look great!
