So we're having a girl

That means we need to start over in the clothes department.
I bought my first set of girl clothes at Old Navy (clearance was 50% off!) the day we found out.

And there are a few other things I'd like to get new.

Isn't this diaper bag cute?
It's totally my style. Love it!

But this one is good for both Ethan and I...

Remember my car seat dillema? Well I emailed baby trend and asked them where I can buy the car seats I like.
...
Turns out they are discontinuing them. Really? Geez.

Here is our runner up color. I really want to use baby trend because they are so slender. Why can't they have more cute color options? Maybe I'll just have to have someone make me a cover.

And a swing.

We not longer have one and I really like the idea of this Fisher Price Zen collection swing. You can take it off and use it as a bouncy seat too. Super cool feature!

On another note...

I bought A LOT of chocolate. It's all gone now.

I made some chocolate cook n serve pudding (my favorite) and I ate the whole thing last night.

Anyone have a cool name idea they want to give us?
We've come up with a couple, but I'm not sure if I want to tell you just yet :)

First off that is the same diaper bag I wanted, but then I found an awesome purse on clearance for 5 dollars and I fell in love with it instead, I would go with that swing for sure, we have a swing from when we had Jude, and this time around I also wanted a bouncy chair, so I wanted to get a combo like that one, but Ren insisted I use the swing we have and just get a chair, so now our living room is lined with baby items, so annoying, a combo would be way better. Good luck on baby names... We had trouble with girl names

Oy with the orange. Oy. ;)

We always liked Allison, Hannah, and mostly, Natalie. I know you wouldn't use that one though, cuz you wouldn't wanna be a Jenna copycat ;)

And congrats again! I'm so excited for you!!

sweet... first girl purchase! There is sooo much more selection in the girls clothes department than boys so have fun! You totally had me laughing about the chocolate and candy talk. I swear girls make you crave sweets like none other. Every one of my pregnancies I think, ok this time I will have more control when it comes to the sweets, but then I lose control all over again! Eat it up it's the only time people won't look at you in shame as you stuff your face full of sugary yumminess.

Once you actually start putting on some weight you'll have to let me know if you gain the same way. I hear from people that girls make you gain more in the butt and love handle region. Since I only have girls and have nothing to compare that with I don't know if it's true. I'm sure it's different for a lot of people though but I'm curious

oh and not like I haven't posted enough, names... what kind of names do you even kind of like? I don't think we probably have the same taste in names but I've got a TON that Darren and I listed off when trying to name Eliza

I like that blue/brown car seat, it's cute and could go either way.

Although Hat and I will not be having children, we did decide if we ever get stuck with one (hehehe), we'd name a girl Giselle. Kind of the same as you, we both like unique but not too weird names. Her middle name would be Harper.
