5 weeks post partum and working out again

3rd baby is going to be a hard one for me to get back in shape. I still can't fit in my regular jeans yet, what's up with that?

Today I started working out again, boy I'm out of shape!

Here are the pictures from today.

Yuck is right, anyhoo. I took some measurements and I'll see how fast I can get this weight off in the next couple of weeks (or months).

Waistline: 31"
Hips: 38"

Sweet, do Whittle My Middle with me!!! You already probably have something you like to do but I seriously seriously recommend that Jillian Michaels 30 days shred DVD, it's like $10 at Walmart or I got mine off Ebay. That sucker made me sweat more than I ever have in my life and totally made a ton of inches come off. Level 1 isn't bad but once you get to 2 and 3 you want to shoot yourself, it's awesome!

I still think you look good for having your 3rd barely over a month ago and in a couple months you'll be back to your old self. I think them leaving the pitocin on me for over 9 hours is what shrunk up my uterus/tummy with my last. I'm seriously going to ask them to keep it on me again after my next...if there is a next.

regular jeans after 5 weeks? are you kidding me???? it takes me MONTHS to be able to get into "my skinny jeans!" you look fantastic and it won't take long for you to "bounce back" to your bikini body. good for on working out again. i so prefer my non-pregnant, major exercising body. good luck!
