Went to workout this morning. I can't really do burpees anymore because my knees can't come to my chest so I have to modify with an awkward frog position. It's annoying.
Today was particularly frustrating because I felt like I should be doing more, but I just can't. I can't do jumping jacks without feeling like I'm going to fall out, I can't lay on my stomach for any of the exercises. Ergh!
