Do I have to?

So I've noticed my butt is getting bigger. Maybe it's from all the cake I've been eating, or the cookies, or maybe the ice cream. Have I gotten to that point in my life where I can't eat anything I want? I sure hope not! My weight hasn't been going down at all the past 2 weeks. And when I think about working out I just feel tired. I really don't want to, but I want to get back in shape. I feel so lazy!
I made my 6 week appointment for Friday. We'll see how it goes.

Here is a picture of my goal :)

After I have a baby I am sooo hungry and just crave the junk. It's ok!! The weight will come off. You look so good already, but I know we are always harder on ourselves!! I just now got where I am happy again with my tummy.

Cool picture! You've got some muscles girl. Yeah, it takes some self control when the metabolism slows down. You aren't that far off though!

I have asked myself that a lot lately as well, am I really to that point that I have to be like everyone else and watch what I eat. It is a sad sad realization huh? Can't say it has slowed me down much with eating the junk but it just makes me do a double take at my butt and thighs in the mirror each time I walk by. You have a lot of determination though so you will look great despite the slowing metabolism

Awesome pic! I think that if you have to give up cookies it's not worth it :).
My OB told me that because nursing kinda messes up your metabolism, your body wants to hold on to an extra 6-10 pounds for a while.
I don't doubt that you will be able to meet your goal. Good luck!

Wow. Great picture - I remember that one from a while back and even then I was impressed. So, I have questions for you because I have always hated my arms but haven't found a workout that works well for me...

1. What were you doing to tone those muscles so well?
2. How often?
3. Where (at home or did you have to go to the gym)?

If you don't mind me asking. :o)
