It's about time I updated right?

Well, my scale broke so I don't know how much I weigh (which makes me a little nervous).

I hear that Lindsay Brin is going to be doing a Shed 5 Fast competition again which I'm excited for.
I don't need to lose 5 pounds, but you've seen my stomach, something has to be done.
I thought maybe I would do some fit tests before and after the competition on my own, like push ups and pull ups or something along those lines. I want them different than my last fit test.

Anyone have any good ideas of what workouts I can do for a fit test that will show improvement?

Waist: 27 1/2 inches

ugg I just wrote a long comment and my kids got on my computer and shut all my windows when I got up to answer the phone. I can't remember everything I said but have you got on the "oh she glows" site and watched the video of the guy on there? http://ohsheglows.com/run/abs/

You could track your progress by seeing how many of the exercises you can do, or how long you can hold them for. You could do a "fit test" now, in the middle of the challenge and then at the end to see how much stronger your core has gotten. By seeing how many more you can do or how much longer you can hold them for.

That's an awesome giveaway I have her shed 5 fast that I still haven't done and then I think 2 of her bootcamp dvds. It's hard to think about the fact that it will be so many months before I can think about working off the chub I'm gaining but it's fun to watch what other people are doing so it can hopefully get me motivated for after I have this baby. I should probably keep up with exercising right now but my morning/all day sickness is just barely starting to subside.

You look great, good job with all the working out. Do you think you would ever have a tummy tuck to tighten the loose skin?

girl you look great! i have 2 kids, i'm 26 and i think i have similar measurements to you. i'm 125 lbs, 5'6, 27" waist, 34a, 36 inches around the hips. well, i'm a little bit more "full figured" on the bottom than you but that's ok - my hubby likes it! lol. anyway i wanted to say, i have diastasis recti too, and some significantly stretched out stomach skin. i've had some good results with a diastasis recti binder i bought online - it helped more with the bulge than the skin (actually the skin looks a little looser now that there's "less" of me!). i just wanted to recommend it to you because it really has changed my attitude toward my body, and has allowed me to be more active without having as much back pain. i used the tupler binder, but i'm sure any similar product would work - i'd imagine you could make one at home if you're handy. the point is that it brings your muscles together so that when you work out, your core is in the right starting position. it also keeps me conscious of my need to engage my transverse abdominis, which is really damaged in my case!

in any case, good luck with everything... you are gorgeous either way!
