4 weeks postpartum

If you compare this picture to last week's picture I look a lot better.
I lost an inch in my hips! So I finally was able to squeeze into a pair of capris that are normally big on me.

I couldn't finish a 7 minute workout yesterday. I'm so out of shape.

you look amazing :) i was wondering what kind of exercise you have been doing? and how many finger space is your diastasis recti now

I have been doing Lindsay Brin's CFS Method DVD. It has a workout for weeks 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9 after baby. My diastasis is still 4 fingers apart though.
