Just working out

I haven't tried any crazy remedies lately. Just the good ol' fashion working out.

On May 9th I started a DVD program called Pretty Fierce Lean Out by Lindsay Brin.

Now, you ARE NOT supposed to do these DVDs if you have Diastasis Recti, which I do. BUT I really felt like I could benefit from this workout regimen so I've been doing it anyway.

Here are my stats from my fitness test and my measurments:

Day 0-Day 21

Dominant Arm: 10"- 10 1/4"
Chest: 33"- 33"
1" Above Navel: 29"-27 1/2"
1" Below Navel: 32"- 30 1/2"
Hips: 37 1/2"- 37"
Thigh: 21 1/2"- 21"
1" Above knee: 15 1/2"- 15"
Weight (with clothes): 132- 129.6

Diastasis gap: 2 1/4"- 1 3/4"

Check out the measurements in red! Thats good!

I was going through some of my bookmarks from last year and found your site I'd saved. My DR has been around a 2 but my whole abdominal area is still weak and I have a small hernia. I had to get established with a new dr due to insurance changes, and I've been referred to physical therapy finally. I just started, but I feel like the concepts will be close to Helene Byrne's Bounce Back Fast DVD. I did a lot of research and hers was the most effective. She knows her stuff! I didn't look through all your posts, but wondered if you'd tried either of those. I'm hoping this makes a positive difference for me! I can sympathize with you, I think unless you have this it's hard for people to understand.

I have not tried her DVDs, infact I've never heard of her so I'll definitely have to check it out!
